I’m Jess, a Clinical Hypnotherapist specialising in neurorehabilitation, supporting people as they recover from life changing injuries. Through gentle, evidence-based hypnotherapy, I help clients reconnect with their inner resources, reduce stress, and support the brain’s natural ability to adapt and heal.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and tailored to each individual. I work with people navigating challenges such as stroke recovery, acquired brain injury, spinal chord injury, chronic pain, orthopedic & complex trauma injury and functional neurological injury helping them build confidence, improve wellbeing, and move forward with greater ease.
